we have to think ourselves in circles.

Wakasa, being dockland area in former times, was the access of different kinds of culture. If one walks the shoreline, which was there before land reclamation, he could still find little worship sites, which are held sacred in the memory of the ground and inhabitants. It still keeps it's magical atmosphere and one can easily imagine the feelings of those finally arrived at the shore after long sea passage.

The Wakasa project is to walk the coastline and to exhibit the extract of those researches in two contents:
- to create an installation with children of the Wakasa primary school.
- to exhibit it in the second-hand bookshop Kotokotodo@@
